Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange

If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.

Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.

Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.

If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.

We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.

Aluminum Enhancements & Suspension

The Maxx Ultimate features a suite of 6061-T6 aluminum components that strengthen the chassis, suspension, and steering systems. Aluminum C-hubs, steering blocks, and rear hub carriers improve rigidity while maintaining precise suspension geometry. The GT-Maxx® shocks feature TiN-coated shafts and adjustable aluminum spring retainers, providing ultra-plush damping and reliable performance over rough terrain. Steel CV driveshafts, modular composite chassis design, and reinforced pivot points ensure the truck can handle the extreme power and torque of high-speed runs.

Advanced Electronics

Equipped with the Velineon® 540XL brushless motor and VXL-4s™ waterproof ESC, the Maxx Ultimate reaches speeds over 55+ mph with optional 4S LiPo power. Traxxas Stability Management® (TSM) helps prevent spinouts and maintain control in all conditions. The TQi™ 2.4 GHz transmitter with a factory-installed wireless module allows real-time telemetry via the Traxxas Link™ app. The high-torque 2085RL steering servo with an aluminum double-shear horn delivers precise, responsive steering even under the stress of massive Sledgehammer tires.

Driveline & Handling

The Maxx Ultimate's driveline is engineered for maximum strength and efficiency, featuring full-time shaft-driven 4WD, steel constant-velocity driveshafts, and a torque-biasing center drive with an aluminum housing. Sealed, silicone-filled differentials with heavy-duty gears distribute power evenly for precise handling and durability. A Cush Drive™ with a steel spur gear absorbs shocks from hard landings and aggressive throttle inputs, while the aluminum motor cradle and transmission cover lock everything into perfect alignment. Together, these upgrades ensure the Maxx Ultimate can withstand brutal power and terrain without compromise.
