Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.
If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.
We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.
- A warranty refers to any new product which has a manufacturing defect or a major failure within a reasonable period.
- If the warranty relates to a minor failure then we may replace, repair or refund the item.
- On assessment if the product is deemed as having a major failure, the customer can decide whether they would like a replacement, repair or refund.

Electronics
The HobbyPlus CR18P PRO Juice Up Edition takes micro rock crawling performance to a whole new level with its Hobbywing power system, delivering impressive efficiency, control, and power for an 1/18-scale platform. The 1621 Outrunner brushless motor is optimized for rock crawling, providing a smooth, torque-rich low-end response, essential for precise throttle modulation on technical climbs.
Paired with a waterproof Mini 24 Brushless ESC, this system allows for 2S or 3S operation, unlocking incredible wheel speed and control while maintaining efficiency. The ESC is also programmable using the Hobbywing Program Card (Sold Separately), allowing users to fine-tune throttle response, braking, and drag brake settings to match their terrain and driving style. By combining these advanced electronics with a single-speed EVO transmission, HobbyPlus has eliminated the need for a shift servo, reducing weight and improving reliability without sacrificing crawling performance.
Chassis and Drivetrain
The chassis and drivetrain of the CR18P PRO Juice Up Edition are engineered for maximum durability and performance, featuring a 5-degree angled skid plate that enhances approach and breakover angles. The over/underdrive axles significantly improve climbing ability by increasing front wheel speed, which pulls the crawler over obstacles more efficiently, while the 27% underdrive rear ring & pinion gears reduce torque twist and improve stability on steep inclines.
The drivetrain is fully locked with all-metal gears, ensuring maximum traction on unpredictable terrain. Strengthened HD portal stub axles with 1.5mm pins and HD plastic driveshafts, the same as those used in the rugged Arktos model, improve overall durability, while oversized brass hexes and integrated brass wheel rings increase front-end weight to enhance grip and stability. The 56% front to 44% rear weight bias further optimizes balance for technical rock crawling, making it easier to keep the front tires planted and maintain traction in challenging conditions!
Suspension
The suspension system of the CR18P PRO Juice Up Edition is designed for both stability and articulation, providing superior performance across uneven terrain. Equipped with big bore oil-filled shocks with aluminum caps, this system absorbs impacts effectively, ensuring smooth suspension movement even on jagged rocks or unpredictable surfaces.
The internal beadlock wheels with integrated brass rings add unsprung weight for improved ground contact, while the super soft 68mm competition-spec tires enhance grip and conform to surfaces for maximum traction. Additionally, the +10mm wider stub axles increase track width for a more stable stance, reducing the risk of rollovers on off-camber obstacles. By incorporating lightweight pinched LCG bodywork, the CR18P PRO maintains a low center of gravity (LCG), which, combined with its well-balanced suspension setup, delivers precise handling and superior control on steep climbs, side-hilling, and rugged descents.
