Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.
If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.
We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.

The Traxxas® Slash® 4x4 VX3 1/10 RTR 4WD Brushless Short Course Truck delivers the speed, durability, and handling that made the Slash platform a favorite among short course enthusiasts. Powered by the Velineon® 3S brushless system, it reaches speeds of over thirty-five miles per hour with a 2S LiPo battery and more than fifty miles per hour with a 3S LiPo battery without requiring gearing changes. A low-CG chassis, aerodynamic clipless body, and long-travel suspension provide exceptional stability and confidence at high speeds. Heavy-duty driveline components and water-resistant electronics make it ready for demanding off-road action in a wide range of driving conditions.
About the Slash 4x4 VX3
Brushless Electronics & Precision Control
The Velineon VX3 water-resistant electronic speed control and Velineon V3200 brushless motor deliver strong acceleration, efficient power delivery, and high-speed performance with support for both 2S and 3S LiPo batteries. The VX3 ESC features a large aluminum heat sink with a cooling fan, Traxxas EZ-Set® one-button programming, three selectable drive profiles, high-resolution linear braking, and Traxxas Link™ telemetry compatibility. A water-resistant 2057 metal-gear steering servo provides dependable steering durability, while the TQi™ Sport 2.4GHz radio system offers long-range control, fail-safe protection, thirty-model memory, and Traxxas Stability Management® (TSM) for improved handling on low-traction surfaces.
Low-CG Chassis & Heavy-Duty Suspension
The reinforced low-CG chassis positions the battery and electronics lower in the vehicle to improve cornering speed, stability, and overall handling. Integrated ribs strengthen the chassis while the long wheelbase, tube bumpers, and nerf bars increase durability during aggressive driving. Composite GTR shocks feature large oil capacity, threaded shock collars, powder-coated springs, and X-ring seals to provide smooth, consistent damping across rough terrain. Heavy-duty suspension arms along with strengthened caster blocks, steering blocks, and axle carriers further increase durability for demanding off-road use.
Drivetrain & High-Speed Stability
A torque-biasing center drive, full-time shaft-driven 4WD system, Maxx-Duty® driveshafts, oversized six-millimeter axles, steel wheel hexes, and oil-filled steel gear differentials efficiently transfer brushless power to the ground. Scale Kumho® tires with performance foam inserts mounted on dual-profile split-spoke wheels provide dependable traction and predictable handling across a variety of surfaces, while the aerodynamic clipless short course body increases downforce for greater high-speed stability, allowing quick body removal for fast battery changes without the need for body clips.
