Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.
If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.
We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.

Build the renewed HMS Bounty's Jolly Boat, a 1:25 scale wooden model of the boat of the British ship (18th century). It is aimed at beginners and those who wish to accompany the merchant vessel model (22810).
HISTORY OF HMS BOUNTY AND ITS JOLLY BOAT: THE RIOT OF ITS CREW
Discover the HMS Bounty Jolly Boat, renewed in 2023 wooden model of the boat in which William Bligh was shipped with 18 loyal sailors after the riot of its crew of the HMS Bounty.
In December 1787, HMS Bounty left England bound for Haiti to transport bread trees to the Caribbean, a great storm which forced them to change course, arriving in Haiti with months of delay. This delay forced them to remain on the island several months until it was again possible to collect the shoots from the bread tree. During this period, the crew became habituated to the customs of the natives and established relations with women of Haiti, almost forgetting their condition of English sailors.
After many difficulties on the part of Bligh to reimpose the discipline undertook trip the 4 of April of 1789, producing the mutiny 24 days later. Bligh sailed more than 3,500 nautical miles for 47 days until he arrived to the port of the Dutch colony of Coupang, losing only one of his men on the voyage.

The system of assembly by means of false keel and frames approximates its design to the one of the real ship. It is aimed at beginners modelers. The naval model kit with the model ship contains all the necessary parts to build the faithful miniature replica. It is made up of three plates cut by a high-precision laser to be able to extract the parts without any problem. Two made of plywood (one of 2 mm and one of 3 mm) and one of 3 mm made of hardwood. It also comes with a set of wooden strips, veneers and round rods, with accessories in die-cast, brass and wood and with one flag that it has a new design. It also brings a magnificent set of hand-sewn cotton sails ready to be placed and cotton thread. As a bonus, beautiful wooden exhibition base to assemble with the name plate of the boat.
Guided by our 2023 renewed and detailed full-colour step-by-step instructions, you can complete your replica or scale model of this navigation legend. It does not include printed instructions. You can also download the digital instructions for free on the button on this product sheet called 'Instructions and Downloadable Contents'. The kit includes printed boat plan and parts list. Once it is finished, this model ship measures 16.61'' (422mm) length, 13.50'' (343mm) height and 7.51'' (191mm) width.
