Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.
If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.
We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.
- A warranty refers to any new product which has a manufacturing defect or a major failure within a reasonable period.
- If the warranty relates to a minor failure then we may replace, repair or refund the item.
- On assessment if the product is deemed as having a major failure, the customer can decide whether they would like a replacement, repair or refund.

With its striking racing livery, large-scale 2.6-metre airframe, and structurally optimised composite-reinforced construction, the 330LX 120cc delivers exceptional rigidity, precision, and confidence across aggressive 3D flying and precision aerobatics alike.
Designed specifically around modern 120cc petrol engines, this flagship Extra offers immense vertical performance, huge control surfaces, and beautifully neutral handling that remains predictable even at the edges of the flight envelope. Despite its size and power, the aircraft retains excellent low-speed manners for controlled harriers, rolling manoeuvres, and post-stall aerobatics. The result is a model that feels powerful yet refined — ideal for experienced pilots stepping into serious large-scale aerobatics or competition-focused flying.

What's new on the 120cc Extra 330 LX V2:
- Re-engineered internal structure, using real carbon laminated ply, providing added rigidity to the airframe while at the same time significantly reducing the weight.
- Strategic reinforcement to areas prone to fatigue or repeated high stress, examples are servo mounts, tail section, and landing gear area to name a few.
- Airframe comes out of the box with the surfaces hinged and sealed, servo wires routed, rubber grommets installed, tank plumbed and many more.
- The fuel tank is plumbed and ready to be used.
- All servo mounts for the surfaces have the servo mounting pilot holes drilled.
- The rudder is now removable, which allows even the 120cc to fit in much smaller vehicles.
- The addition of a simple innovative spring based quick lock/release system for the wings, elevators, and canopy, that provide super-fast on-field assembly and disassembly time.
- New carbon/aluminum tail wheel design to allow for the rudder removal and adds bling to the overall look of the airframe.
- A very realistic scale looking instrument panel and pilot bust to match.
- Kit includes high quality 25T aluminum servo arms for all control surfaces
- High quality, heavy duty servo extensions, routed throughout the airframe. Wires are routed from the tail to the PDB, and the necessary wing extensions are made to the correct length making electronics installation a breeze.
