Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.
If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.
We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.
- A warranty refers to any new product which has a manufacturing defect or a major failure within a reasonable period.
- If the warranty relates to a minor failure then we may replace, repair or refund the item.
- On assessment if the product is deemed as having a major failure, the customer can decide whether they would like a replacement, repair or refund.
- A warranty does not apply to any wear and tear on a product, crash damage or a product being used outside it’s intended use.

About the Sonicwake 24" Boat
Powerful Brushless Performance
At the heart of the Sonicwake 24" is a factory-installed Spektrum brushless power system built for excitement. The combination of a Spektrum 3542 2500kV Brushless Outrunner Marine Motor and a 50A ESC produces extreme top speeds, making it fast enough to leave a wake behind and get your adrenaline going. Designed with performance in mind, the deep-V hull easily cuts through chop and maintains stability at high speeds, even in rougher water conditions. A Pro Boat servo delivers strong, precise steering for confident control, while the SLT2 2-channel 2.4GHz radio system ensures a responsive connection with minimal interference.
Self-Righting Convenience
The Sonicwake 24" takes the fear out of flipping with its built-in self-righting hull design. If the boat overturns, it automatically flips itself back upright within seconds, so you won't be stuck retrieving it from the water. This makes it a great choice for less experienced RC boaters, while also allowing seasoned users to push it hard without hesitation. The boat's injection-molded ABS hull and canopy are built to take on hits from rocks or debris, and a breakaway rudder helps prevent damage by swinging away on impact rather than snapping off. Included with the Sonicwake 24" is a Spektrum 3S 3200mAh 30C Smart LiPo Battery that delivers ample power for high-speed runs, along with an S120 USB-C Smart charger for quick, safe recharging. Just plug the charger into a USB port, connect the battery, and the Smart technology handles the rest. The boat features Pro Boat's SSL (Strap, Slide, Lock) battery system, which makes installing or removing the battery tool-free and hassle-free.
