Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.
If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.
We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.
- A warranty refers to any new product which has a manufacturing defect or a major failure within a reasonable period.
- If the warranty relates to a minor failure then we may replace, repair or refund the item.
- On assessment if the product is deemed as having a major failure, the customer can decide whether they would like a replacement, repair or refund.
- A warranty does not apply to any wear and tear on a product, crash damage or a product being used outside it’s intended use.

The Arrma Quake 4S DSC 1/8 4WD RTR Brushless Monster Truck brings 4S brushless power and stunt-focused handling to a larger-scale platform. Its high center-of-gravity chassis is designed for dramatic cornering, wheelies, and big jumps, while the three-differential 4WD drivetrain delivers traction across dirt, grass, and gravel. Spektrum Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) helps manage sideways slides with four selectable modes, making it possible to adjust steering assistance to suit your driving ability. A durable composite chassis and simplified maintenance design round out a monster truck built for demanding bashing sessions.
About the Quake 4S Monster Truck
Seismic Monster Truck Handling
The Quake 4S features a raised, high-center-of-gravity chassis designed to produce the body lean and wheel-lifting action associated with full-size monster trucks. Its high-angle integrated wheelie bar supports stunt driving, while cut chevron tires provide grip across a variety of loose and uneven surfaces. Threaded aluminum shock absorbers with large-diameter shafts help absorb impacts from jumps, and interlocking shock towers support the suspension through repeated landings. A large front bumper and shock-absorbing bumper braces add protection when handling rough landings and collisions.
4S Brushless Power & DSC
A Spektrum Firma 3674 2300kV brushless motor works with the Firma 150-Amp Brushless Smart V2 ESC to support both 3S and 4S LiPo battery operation. A heatsink, motor cooling fan, high-airflow fan cover, and integrated chassis cooling help manage heat during extended runs. Spektrum DSC automatically applies steering correction when it detects oversteer, helping control sideways slides with four selectable assistance modes. The included SLT3 2.4GHz three-channel transmitter also provides adjustable throttle limiting, while the S662 water-resistant metal-geared digital servo and heavy-duty servo saver support precise steering and help protect the steering system from impacts.
Durable Construction & Convenient Maintenance
The deep tub molded composite chassis protects the vehicle's internal components while keeping the overall design straightforward to service. Interlocking body protection and rear wishbone dirt guards help shield vulnerable areas from dirt and debris, while the hidden body retention system secures the body without exposed clips. A large battery compartment, ratcheting battery strap, and captive battery wiring simplify battery installation and removal. With a reduced component count and easy access to key systems, the Quake 4S is designed to spend less time being serviced and more time on the ground.
