Warranty/ Faulty: Refund or Exchange
If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please email or phone us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Each product is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty policy and some products may have individual components that are covered by separate warranties and time frames. We do not offer any additional product warranties outside the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please discuss any warranty concerns with us before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will generally require you to send photos of the product with your purchase details for an initial assessment and we will go from there.
Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense and refunded if the product is proven to be covered by warranty.
If the product is required to be sent back to our suppliers for assessment, we will cover this cost.
We will always try to resolve any warranty concerns as quickly as possible, where any delay is incurred we will communicate this to you.
- A warranty refers to any new product which has a manufacturing defect or a major failure within a reasonable period.
- If the warranty relates to a minor failure then we may replace, repair or refund the item.
- On assessment if the product is deemed as having a major failure, the customer can decide whether they would like a replacement, repair or refund.

Fujiwara 35.2cc Gas Power
At the heart of the 5IVE-TG 3.0 is the Fujiwara FJ350RC 35.2cc gasoline engine, based on the respected Zenoah G320 platform and enhanced with a larger bore for increased displacement. The result is stronger torque and improved power throughout the rev range, with especially noticeable gains in the low and midrange where acceleration and pulling power matter most. Combined with optimized 43/12 ring and pinion gearing and a 67-tooth spur gear, the drivetrain delivers efficient power transfer and performance suited to the truck's larger size and oversized tires.
Heavy-Duty Chassis & Suspension
The chassis is built to withstand demanding driving with a longer wheelbase that improves straight-line stability while maintaining balanced proportions. 32-millimeter big-bore shocks increase oil capacity for improved damping, while tapered pistons provide more controlled rebound and enhanced traction over uneven terrain. Reinforced suspension arms strengthen the shock mounting areas, corrected suspension geometry improves shock angles, and the easy-access center differential mount simplifies routine maintenance without disturbing the brake system or linkage.
Premium Scale Details & Electronics
Large 8.5-inch Pro-Line Mirage TT tires mounted on officially licensed KMC KM549 wheels provide excellent traction, realistic styling, and convenient tire replacement thanks to Pro-Line's Pro-Loc beadlock system. The six-piece injection-molded polypropylene body absorbs impacts better than traditional polycarbonate while maintaining consistent thickness for improved durability. A Spektrum DX3 Smart transmitter, SR615 DSMR receiver, metal-top steering servo, throttle and brake servo, and included 4000mAh 2S Smart LiPo receiver battery complete the ready-to-run package, requiring only fuel and 2-stroke oil before heading out.
